At the 20th Annual Packaging, Printing and Labeling Conference “Review and Prospect - Telling 20 Years of Your Own Story” event, Zhang Qinghua, General Manager of Shenzhen Bright Ink & Coating Co.,Ltd. was invited to share the 20 years of BIC Brite Ink Group's development history. It is not only a review of the past, but also an outlook for the future.
Founder Mr. Zhang Fengnian's entrepreneurial history
At the beginning of the speech, General Manager Zhang Qinghua firstly introduced Mr. Zhang Fengnian, the founder and chairman of BIC Bright Ink Group, who was an undergraduate college student in 1980's, with the background of executives in large state-owned sugar factories and US-funded chemical companies, senior engineer, and member of the National Technical Committee of Ink Standardization.
Chairman Zhang has a forward-looking vision, rigorous style, the spirit of innovation, technology, management, marketing, comprehensive business leaders, and set the traditional culture and modern management ideas in one, in 2004, the establishment of Shenzhen Brite ink coating company at the same time, the creation of the BIC Brite “honesty, responsibility, refinement, harmony The core culture of BIC is “honesty, responsibility, excellence and harmony”.
Chairman Zhang started his business in Shenzhen at the age of 42, and from the initial hard work, he has taken the lead in the work, with firm beliefs, strong perseverance and unremitting efforts, under the guidance of the business policy of “user-oriented, environmentally friendly, management team, professional and innovative” established at the beginning of the business, he has led BIC Burette to gradually develop BIC Burette into a leading company by virtue of his strong enterprising spirit and sense of responsibility. With a strong sense of enterprise and responsibility, he has led the staff to gradually develop and expand BIC Brite, enriching the varieties of high-end environmental protection inks, and has built an international ink enterprise group with 6 domestic and foreign subsidiaries after 20 years.
